Pool Pro Shop – User Agreement

Access to the Pool Pro Shop requires the user to acknowledge and agree to the program as outlined below:

• Access to ordering from Pool Pro Shop only
• Required $50,000 minimum annual spend
• No monthly dues
• No management fees
• Credit line available based on approval (up to $50K)
• Accounts without credit line: Member will pre-pay all orders via ACH or Credit Card
• 3% fee required for all credit card purchases
• Accounts with no orders place in a 90-day period will be placed on hold
• Accounts past due 10 days or greater will be placed on hold
